I swam one open water race this year – the Fat Salmon.  It might well refer to me, but the name came long before I entered the race.  I did the race two years ago, but just the one mile race.  This year I trained harder and did the three+ miler.

On Sunday, we took Dylan to the Ballard Locks.  In the large locks was an enormous private yacht – “Piano Bar”, apparently owned by a “rags-to-riches” lumber baron turned resort owner, Tim Blixseth, who’s apparently not above pissing rich people off.
